By accessing and using TripleOdoo ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
TripleOdoo provides managed Odoo hosting services. We offer cloud-based deployment, management, and maintenance of Odoo ERP instances on behalf of our customers.
You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) on a monthly or annual basis. Payments must be made via bank transfer or cash as specified. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control including force majeure events.
You retain full ownership of all data stored in your Odoo instances. We do not access your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
We perform daily automated backups. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
You may not use the service for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to send spam, or in any way that could damage or overload our infrastructure.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 14 days before deletion.
TripleOdoo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Saudi Arabian courts.
